Job Overview

We need a smart, number savvy, out of the box thinker to help support our financing activities. These include:

• Be an integral member of our investment deal team
• Create, run and manage models: project economic viability, tax-equity, debt products and pooled investment vehicle
• Support sales team in deal pricing/proposals
• Think creatively to identify and structure new ways to monetize our financial products within the private/public markets
• Ability to work with external lawyers, investment bankers and engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from top tier school, preferably in finance or real estate
• Project finance experience or familiarity with advanced accounting principles
• Expert in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong writer & communicator – you understand the technical points, but not everyone does. Synthesize things clearly.
• Team player with an ability to work independently
• MBA or CPA a plus

Greenzu is a cool solar finance startup. Our product, solar power purchase agreements and leases, caters exclusively to the small/medium business & non-profit markets. We have a state of the art, proprietary web application and new solar system design that allows us to offer financing to this sector. We are a first mover in the space and we want you to help us grow!
