Greenzu is a fast growing solar company located in San Francisco. We pride ourselves on helping businesses and non-profits go solar. We do this by providing financing –solar power purchase agreements (PPA) and solar leases, which eliminate the upfront cost of solar. We are the only company truly focused on streamlining the solar process and cutting transaction costs to bring solar into the work place!

Job Overview
The right candidate will be able to spearhead Greenzu’s sales initiatives from all angles of the sales cycle including: strategy, lead generation, organization, implementation, and follow-up, through deal close. This person has the opportunity to develop a pipeline in an expanding solar market. You will have daily interaction with the management team and the relationships you develop with clients will influence the shape of our process and projects going forward.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop & manage incoming leads & sales pipeline
- Evaluate customer suitability for solar
- Outbound sales calls to customers and channel partners
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Work with marketing team to help craft messaging
- Grow, mentor and manage a sales team
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Adaptability – we work with lots of types of customers so you have to get creative!
- Pro-active – you will be growing the sales team, so take charge!
- 3-7 years sales, solar or marketing experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit – after all, we are still a startup!
